We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join a very well-established water management solutions company to carry out soil testing, sample preparation and accurate recording of results.

Laboratory Technician Duties

• Soil testing: Moisture Content, Liquid Limit, Plastic Limit, Plasticity Index, Particle Size Distribution and Suction Testing.
• Sample preparation and processing.
• Accurate recording of results.
• Equipment maintenance and general laboratory duties.
• Follow quality and health & safety procedures.

Requirements

• Basic Maths and English.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, organised and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Laboratory/materials testing experience would be desirable.
