That’s why we’ve partnered with Springfield Advisory Ltd to provide free mental health and wellbeing support to all contractors working with us. This initiative gives access to mental health resources, wellbeing content, guest speakers, and a confidential referral scheme—helping promote a healthier, more resilient workforce.
Springfield Advisory focuses on proactive mental health support and wellbeing awareness. While this service is not a crisis or primary care provider, it plays an important role in early intervention, education, and ongoing support.
