With over 34 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry, Jonathan brings deep market knowledge and a clear understanding of what clients and candidates truly need. He founded Mech Tech after identifying a gap in the market created by corporate recruitment failings—building a business focused on delivering a better service while remaining cost-effective and commercially sound.
Jonathan’s leadership is rooted in integrity, experience, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, you’ll most likely find him on the golf course.

I’ve been part of Mech Tech alongside Jonathan since the company’s early beginnings in 2014. As Finance and Operations Director, I lead the Head Office team across Finance, Accounts, Payroll, and Credit Control, while also overseeing the wider operational functions that keep the business running smoothly.

Outside of work, life is busy with two children, planning the next stage of our house renovation, or spending time under a barbell. When I do slow down, you’ll usually find me enjoying good food and quality time with my family.

Passionate about developing people, he works closely with his team to deliver on service promises and build long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. Marc is excited about the future of the business and the opportunities ahead as Mech Tech continues to evolve.

Outside of work, Marc is a husband and a proud father to two young girls. He enjoys pushing himself physically through endurance challenges and is currently training with the goal of completing Ironman Wales in 2027, with his wife’s blessing.

Outside of work, I enjoy slowing things down and spending time at my grandparents’ house, usually with a cup of tea and a biscuit in hand. It’s my go-to place to relax and unwind.

I am the Division Manager for Power & Utilities at Mech Tech, responsible for delivering specialist recruitment solutions across power generation and utilities projects, including civils, water, and nuclear. I work closely with leading UK contractors to understand their project requirements and provide skilled, reliable talent that supports safe, efficient, and successful delivery.

A key part of my role is building strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring consistency, transparency, and a high standard of service at every stage. I take pride in supporting complex and regulated environments where quality and reliability are essential.
