As the linchpin between engineering teams and supply chain leads, your role will involve crafting detailed service specifications, initiating competitive bidding processes, and steering contractual negotiations. Your keen eye for supplier evaluation during bids and vigilant review of payment applications will ensure the highest standards of financial and technical performance.

Project management will be at the core of your responsibilities. You will guarantee adherence to contract specifications by contract holders, oversee technical studies, resolve technical queries, and conduct progress meetings. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a clear vision of project objectives and ensuring their successful execution.

Risk management will also fall under your purview, requiring a strategic approach to safeguarding the outsourced services. Your ability to prepare and deliver incisive reports on financial and technical aspects will be highly valued.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation and communication skills, a project management background, and a delivery-focused mindset. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards are essential. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably civil, along with relevant qualifications in project and contract management, are required. Fluency in English is a must, and a working knowledge of French is advantageous.
