As the E&I Manager, one will navigate the complexities of ensuring that electrical, instrument, and control schemes adhere to both national and company standards. The role demands a meticulous professional who can balance design, safety, quality, and environmental considerations, while conducting rigorous audits and adhering to all HSE requirements.

The selected individual will be instrumental in projects from the conceptual stage to the detailed design, through to implementation, testing, and handover. Maintenance programmes may also fall within the remit. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including marketing, sales, manufacturing, technicians, and customer service personnel, will be essential.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the safe execution of projects, managing construction and site implementation, and ensuring compliance with safety, cost, schedule, QA, and QC standards. The role also encompasses pre-construction planning, procurement, execution strategy, and managing subcontractor selection and implementation.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.K. and will be subject to DBS Security Clearance approval.

Remuneration is highly competitive, with rates negotiable based on experience, and payment structures flexible to accommodate salary or LTD arrangements.
